The single best is ESET NOD32.

It has minimal effect on computer performance but is extremely effective at blocking viruses.

Note that you need anti-malware as well; Malwarebytes, Superantispyware and Spybot search & destroy are all good.

You can only have one antivirus installed, but you can have all three antimalware/adware programs.

Make sure you use the "inoculate" feature in Spybot - that blocks a lot of malware/virus etc. spreading sites.

I use PCMatic...it has an effective "White list". No problem 😊 for years

Norton Security, Kaspersky Antivirus, F-secure, Avast Antivirus are some of the best. I use Norton which is perfect for my computer.
