USA Tax Identification Indian Income Tax Authorities.?

I have to inform my USA Tax Identification Indian Income Tax Authorities. My USA Tax Identification is x60-x3-xx49. Shall I mention the same or shall give x60x3xx49. Kindly clarify.

    Your US Individual Tax ID Number is all numbers. That is what your tax agency wants.
