Name some good seasonings for fried rice you use.?

    Soy sauce, butter and maybe fresh coriander(cilantro).

    Lime fried rice with tuna. Just a little hot pepper a dash of salt.

    soy sauce, grated ginger root, white or black pepper & toasted sesame oil

    I use fresh garlic, ginger, soy sauce, scallion and sesame oil. Don't forget the scrambled egg. Dash of oyster sauce to finish.

    some type of spiced meat like sausages is the only thing I am not seeing that I would use

    Sesame oil

    Soy Sauce

    Spring onion ( green onion to some )

    Also , I cook the rice in veg stock instead of plain water

    Scallion, garlic. ginger, salt peanut & sesame oils, Mirin, black strap molasses, etc.

    China lily soy sauce. That is the only seasoning i use. Just to make the rice brown without making it crunchy

    Soy sauce, Five spice powder, little salt, maybe fried in peanut or sesame oil.
