Is there a way of time travelling I know it might sound a bit silly?

You can move forward in time but not back in time . Just sit in a chair for 1 hour and you travel 1 hour forward in time . You have a time machine and didn't know it .

You can't travel through time, but you can destroy time to get rid of it and instantly be jumped over the gap. For example, I couldn't just travel to 2060, but I could destroy the years 2020-2059 so when 2019 ends I'll be jumped forward to January 1 2060.

It's theoretically possible but there is no known way of actually doing it.
