Police stopping a car. I once saw a video of a police car stopping a criminal's car by way of a system that violently shakes the criminal's?
car quite a bit, so the car has really no choice but to stop. Do you know the name of the system, or better yet send me a sample link of the video. You tube is best. Thanks.

There is a maneuver the police do called the PIT maneuver that causes the other car to spin out. Have not seen or heard of one that causes the other car to shake...
There are also spike strips an officer ahead of the fleeing vehicle can throw across the road that will puncture the tires causing them to stop.
I don't have any videos but if you search for PIT maneuver you should be able to find plenty.
