Scorpions? Is it legal to have it? at home?

    I suppose so, but why would anyone want a scorpion for a pet?

    No provisions at all where I live (USA) some few cities have a ban on venomous animals.

    (odd that black widow in the corner is just fine, put it in captivity, it is illegal.)

    So few restrictions on arthropod animals, ants can't be transported over state lines without approval of USDA.

    I keep spiders, even back widows, no provisions against those, sun spiders are legal. Some exotic species hard to import, more red tape than anything.

    There are a lot of people that have scorpions in an enclosure in their home as a exotic pet
