If she says she likes you back tell her you'd want to ask her out another time and that you'll call her.

I think you should start the date out casually, have some fun. I would wait for a moment when things start to get a little quiet and start the conversation about how you have enjoyed hanging out with her, slowly start referencing how you like her and would like for the friendship to turn into something else and if she is ready for something like that.
