Just create a blog and post all your papers on that. You might even be able to get ad revenue from them.

I think the easiest and safest is to get a thumb drive (also known as a USB flash drive) and put each paper on it when it is complete, and then safely put away the drive. Total cost: about $20 for a good thumb drive. Cloud service providers may come and go, or be hacked, but the thumb drive in your desk will remain.

you need to use multiple storage methods. relying on any single method is likely to cause loss of your work in a calamity. Google Docs works for me ... and since we don't know where you are, we don't know what you have access to.

For a college student, you will need Google Docs and OneNote.
Your courses may use Canvas.

There are hundreds of cloud storage companies where you can upload and download papers. They are safely stored, and you can get to them with any device so long as you have a WiFi signal.
Microsoft has OneDrive, Google has Google Cloud, etc. I use a service called DropBox. You can get 2 gigs or 5 gigs free, and that ought to be enough for all your college papers.
