What should my daily routine and exercise be?

I’m a 17 year old college student going to college (obviously) and work. I’ve been feeling really down lately and I feel like exercising helps make you feel better. I’m not overweight but I feel like exercise can be beneficial for my mental health and organs. What’s the best daily daily routine you can show me of BOTH daily meal and daily exercise through out the week or at least a link to a website or something because when I looked, I couldn’t find what I was looking for? Any help would be most appreciated.

    You should check out the website "FitnessBlender". Some part of it you have to pay for but there are a lot of things on it that are still free. I mention it first because it has both meal plans and exercise plans.

    The best nutrition website is SparkPeople. It's emphasis is weight loss but it has one of the best nutrition trackers and meal plan builders out there.

    For exercise, as a college student you probably get in a good amount of walking, so maybe just some strength training. Since you are probably busy maybe try the NY Times 7 minute plan. You can find PDF directions, youtube videos, there are even apps. If it is too easy - do it twice - or even 3 times. but just once a day is what most people like to do.

    Another quick routine is called Men's Health 3 Moves 300 Muscles. There is some good youtube videos on it. And with just 3 moves - its pretty easy to learn.

    Just stay active. Go for walks, hiking, biking, ect. Get a dog you can take for a walk. Walk down to the football field and watch your college games. Get some warm clothes so you can stay active during winter months.
