Right side of waste hurting?

I got up after having a coffee to go to the bathroom and as I went to go back to my room, my right (your left), side of my?? waist?? area is painful. It’s painful in that area on my back, my side and especially the front. It was that painful my body decided it’s not going to let me stand straight, I had to keep my back bent in order to relieve most of the pain. Or at least lay down. It’s sort of a sore pain that includes a sort of blunt stabby feeling? I’ve heard things like this can be many things some of which serious, some of which are not. What’s your best guess of what it is and should I go see a doctor or just wait it off?

It’s still hurting after 10 minutes.
