Is your cooking style different to your ethnic background?

Update:

I am of Irish background, but my cooking is mostly Italian/Hispanic based. Grew with a lot of Italians and Hispanics, and their foods influenced me even to this day.

    Yes it is, very much so. It's just something I gravitated to because it seemed natural and made sense.

    I love a large bowl of veg stew but, I'm ok with a bowl of spaghetti and sauce. I'm ok messing around with a stir fry with rice, a slice of ham between a lettuce leaf. I guess when it come to ethnic I'm pretty well screw up, aren't I Stanley? YOU SURE ARE. ;-(
