Science: How do I figure out this equation? I need to know this type of stuff for my GED test.?

At a constant velocity, a 5kg bag of cement is pulled straight up a 7m wall. How much work is done by the puller? (Gravitational pull is 9.8m/s2, W(J)=F(N)*D(m)

Here are the possible answers:

A. 343 m/s2

B. 343 N

C. 340 J

D. 343 J

Update:

I think 9.8m/s2 is actually 9.8m/s (squared) and Answer A: 343 m/s2 is 343 ms (squared). Sorry, it went that like the original at first because I copied and pasted.

    w = fd

    f = ma

    --------------

    f = 5kg * 9.8m/s²

    f = 49kg m/s²

    f = 49 N

    w = 49N * 7m

    w = 343 Nm

    w = 343 J <–––––– Answer D
