Sorry I’m not aware the U.S. government has ever said that, Trump has said it, but Trump has said many silly things since taking office, that he later tries to claim he didn’t say, or meant something else, which is comical when he has made his statements on camera.

Deniers certainly realise this is coming from scientists, that’s the reason for the attacks on the science with childish conspiracy theories, personal attacks on scientists and deniers own sad attempts to try and show they have scientific support, which to date has boiled down to a handful of retired scientists, a rather sad online petition that they don’t seem to like to talk about anymore. Which leaves them with little more than pretending Watts is a science site.

That is only done by government paid scientists or idiots. Your attempt to equate any warming with catastrophic warming or warming harmful enough to warrant implementation of a leftist agenda is easily seen for what it is. It isn't about science.
