Would it be racist if you owned a store, bar, or whatever and had a bathroom only for blacks and the other bathroom for everyone else. Is that racist or are you just TRYING to give a bathroom to the majority of your population?

Separate but equal is inherently unequal. So said the US Supreme Court in 1954.

Wrong, that was established a long time ago.
Interesting trend in that the line between men and women is becoming blurred, so in the near future I see no separate restrooms.

Wrong. Why does the "majority of your population" need a separate bathroom? Singling out black people by making them use an "assigned" restroom is ridiculous. Who is this separate restroom benefitting? Bringing back this kind of segregation is racist.
