It depends on whether or not you look at the first card before drawing the second card. if you look at it, Charvi is correct because if you see it's a king (or anything besides a jack), the probability the next card is a jack will be slightly higher. But if you don't look at it, it won't affect the probability of the second card's outcome so Khushi is correct but gave the wrong reason.
