    cause you,ve been a few days before 2000 year,and the personnels there congtulated mean while for a new century opening to ya.Or may before hand,they,ve drunk vodka or whisky in SSA...Then it looks funny,and the complaint is useless,stop going to there.

    the 20th century began on 1st Jan 1901 and ended on 31st Dec 2000

    however, the Nineties began on 1st Jan 1990 and ended on 31st Dec 1999

    so - you were born in the 20th century,..... but not the Nineties...
