Theists who think that atheism should be illegal, what do you think the punishment should be for atheism.?
What do you think should be done about people who still don't believe in God (or pretend to) even after being punished?
Yes, I know there are not many who think atheism should be illegal, but I know of at least one here who does.

We are not judges, their punishment is from God and their death is their punishment. If they are alive at Armageddon, the punishment will be everlasting destruction.

There is an impression hundreds of years ago in Europe if someone admitted they were atheiet church officials would come to the door and take them away. That wasn’t the case. The church has gone after leaders of heretical movements and formally charged them with heresy to quell the movements top down. As long as atheists weren’t trying to start an insurrection the church pretty musmch let them be. It’s when the atheists/heretics started military movements, plotted to overthrow the government the church got involved, etc
