Why is DISH network not obligated to deliver content to me, but I'm obligated to pay for it?

    Because we have poor consumer protection laws in the USA.

    Because you signed on the line. Sorry, but once you agree to their terms they can do whatever they want and you have to pay for it.

    Contact them. In the past when I had Dish they would give a credit for a few months if content was blocked.
