How is DISH network allowed to steal money from customers? Who can you talk to address fraudulent contracts?

    they automatically renew your contract too without you signing anything.

    DETAILS matter. I BET they didn't do anything wrong, but YOU don't like the legitimate terms of the contract you didn't bother to read.

    You have two recourses when a company steals from you. The first is to complain to your state Attorney Generals department of consumer fraud, if your state has a consumer fraud dept. OR find a good attorney that specializes in Consumer Protection.

    Since Conservative States don't provide consumer protection departments, and most people can't afford to hire a good Consumer Law Attorney, Companies have a free rein to do anything they want.

    Any lawyer can be consulted as to whether or not fraud exists by examining the contract. You may be correct and have good cause to sue, but it is also possible you are mistaken.
