Why does my gum still hurt?? I had 3 numbing injections when having my molar tooth taken out. 4 days ago but it feels like a sharp pain.?

Like I’ve just got injected again. Swollen and bruised too. I know it’s normal to be bruised and swollen for 2 weeks. But the throbbing and sharp pain is what I’m worried about.

tiny sharp shards of shattered tooth root are still in your gums . they will cause great pain until they work themselves out in a month or two .

If you weren't prescribed anti biotics, you might have an infection. Go back there.
