Being in love.
So, what can he learn from the embers of this dying love?
What is there to pick on without burning his fingers again?
He claims the overwhelming feeling of failure
with sleepless nights longing to be free from her captivity.
Those tears we see are his own, he defends them
he no longer needs to cry before her helpless
in her ugliness towards him.
She is now just a carcass to him, still living but dead
to the ways of loving and being in love.
