Can you resell shoes with your own sharpie art on them without worrying about copy right issues?

Or do I have a make an "all rights go to..." statement?

    If you want to advertise using the name of the shoe...you'd need approval from the original manufacturer.

    Unfortunately, the colors will fade, so I don't see a reason to use sharpies on shoes.
