Is San Diego California’s most underrated city ?

It seems most people who come to California is always trying to get to LA but forget San Diego exists and is better.

    Love SD in my opinion its the best large city in California

    Orange County is even more underrated. San Diego is still famous for its military base.

    How could it be underrated? Everyone loves San Diego. Not sure what you actually are thinking here but it seems like you live in the shadow of LA for no reason.

    San Diego has some decent areas but it's a little too redneck for the most part, especially eastern San Diego county.

    I think San Diego is a fairly popular city.

    I think Sacramento is super underrated. I'm near SF but have to go to Sacramento often for a few things I haven't found around me. San Diego seems to get a decent amount of recognition.
