I have an accent tutor on Skype but he hasn’t been sending me notes and homework lately. He says he’s been very busy but tomorrow is my lesson but still didn’t send me notes or homework. Should I look for another teacher? I do like the way he teaches but he hasn’t been sending me homework and notes

It's obvious that your tutor isn't doing his job properly. Anyone who doesn't do the job that they are supposed to do should be sacked/fired. It shouldn't matter if you like the way that he teaches; if he isn't teaching, get rid of him and find another tutor.
