No, the did a TRIBUTE to him in Capt. Marvel in the opening credits.......and then they already had a cameo in the can for Endgame.........but since he died......they decided that it was fitting, that  ENDGAME  would be his last one...ending on a high note. 

They probably did have a few extras they could have squeezed in somewhere.....but then where would it have ended? 

They did not shoot a *specific* one for Spiderman, Far From Home.......because of his ill health at the time..........but rumors are they shot many various scenes when he was healthier, to be used in future films. ---so it's possible they still have a few unused ones, in the bank........and ya never know.....in some future time traveling story, -----they may find a way to slip one of them in. 

No his last one was Avengers Endgame he died.
