What are some good places to go in San Francisco where I can lay down and chill to music on my ipod and not be disturbed?
I want to go to places and not worried about people. Completely distractful free. I want to be there for hours just droning to music on my ipod.

I have a secret forest in Oakland, off skyline blvd. In the bushes at the bus stop. This is a forest of wonder. It is the most secret place in the world. It's like dropping out of reality into a forest of gnomes and magic. Just you and your imagination.
Also, what L said and don't forget the old Cliff House.

Define "distraction".
Ocean Beach is nice, but the beach, waves, kite surfers and the wind can be a distraction.
Delores Park is nice, but the people, and general friendly ambiance can be distracting.
Taking a seat on a bench along the Embarcadero can be nice, but the traffic noise and people walking (some with their dogs) can be distracting.
Sitting in the middle of the lawn at Crissy Field or near the Exploratorium or The Presidio or Golden Gate Park or any other park can be really nice, but even a small blade of grass or a bug crawling through the grass can be distracting...
Taking this further - and outside San Francisco: Sitting at the top of Mt. Diablo or Mt. Tamalpais or at the lookout at Pt. Reyes can be nice, but the view and the beauty can be distracting.
