Do you agree with Joe Biden that black kids are just as smart as smart kids?

Joe Biden don't care about blacks. He was part of that drug bill to lock up black men for crack cocaine. He is like Hilary Clinton who called black men super predators uses them for votes. 

Just as smart as smart kids? Now THERE'S a question with no underlying assumptions.

Joe is done, it not dem candidate, then trashed by Pres Trump.

Smart black kids are just as smart as smart white kids.

Joe Biden was never a smart kid, and he can't even remember his rehearsed lines.  He mangles them into something the opposite of what he means, without even trying.

That is the best line so far this election. Biden has always been an idiot, but it appears that now that his mind is going his racism is slipping out. lol

Yes I agree with what Biden was trying to say. Black kids are just as smart as white kids, they just don't get the opportunities white kids get like well funded schools.
