2 days late and pregnancy symptoms?

I’ve been having unprotected sex with my boyfriend and I’ve been having a lot of symptoms that could be pregnancy symptoms or pms, backache, bloating, sore breasts, (my breast also look a whole lot bigger and my areoles) and I am crazy hungry I can eat meal after meal, as if right now I’m 2 days late I sometimes have cramping I’ve taken four pregnancy tests including one today (the 2nd day I’m late) and they all say negative. I was just wanting answers from other people if I could still be pregnant even though they say no? I’m going to the doctor for a test if I don’t start this week

Update:

I got off my last period on the 6th of November , I’ve been having these symptoms for almost a week now.

Actually I was pregnant to all you saying I wasn’t and cramping is a symptom of pregnancy just so you know “it’s not rocket science” obviously to you it must be. It’s called implantation cramping I had a false negative just saying this to anyone looking at my question all the symptoms I listed are symptoms of pregnancy as told by a doctor:) if you think you’re pregnant but have had false negative go ask the doctor

You don't have pregnancy symptoms this early except in your imagination.

Cramping is never a sign of pregnancy and negative means not pregnant. It's not rocket science

Pregnancy symptoms are caused by pregnancy hormones.  If the hormones aren't showing up on the test - then pregnancy hormones are not the cause of your current issues.

Now - that doesn't mean you are not pregnant - it just means that right now - something else is the cause of your symptoms and not the pregnancy that might be starting.

False negatives are possible on pregnancy tests if you are testing a little too soon or if you are not following the directions.  Even when a period is late - it might be too soon for a positive test if ovulation was late during the last cycle.  It takes at least 14 days after ovulation to get a positive test.  The period also usually arrives about 14 days after ovulation.  (this is based on the average woman and some women may have a slightly different timing to this phase of their cycle)  Point is - if ovulation was five or six days late for some reason - then it will be at least five to six days after your period is missing before you get a positive test.  Or - if you are not pregnant - but ovulation was late - then your period will also arrive late.

And - again - it is also possible that you are not pregnant and every symptom you are having is being caused by something else.  Some of the symptoms you are listing are not even common during this early stage of pregnancy.  Some of the symptoms you are listing are more common in the second or third trimester and not the first trimester.
