why do people on here think when someone asks a question that is general why do they assume its a correlation to that person when its not?

i have asked so many general questions on here that have no correlation to me and everyone who comments on them thinks its related to me when its not and its clearly just a general question that i want an answer to that i cant find on google and its annoying that i have to try to prove to these people its does not correlate to me and when they still dont believe it makes me mad and hate that person alot

Update:

let me tell you something when i mostly ask questions on here they are more general and are most asked not related to me at all and if you want to believe it or not thats fine cause i know that they dont so thats on your for thinking they do when they really dont relate to me at all

That's just human nature. Many will jump to the conclusion that any question asked is asked because the topic directly impacts the person who asked. When posting online, you can always include that you are asking for general knowledge or because you know someone else for whom the question relates, but even then some will assume you're not being truthful. It doesn't matter that much as long as you get the information you're seeking (if you're just posting a chat question, that's a violation anyway). Anyone who doesn't make a sincere attempt to answer the question asked,  is posting a violation and and their post should be reported as such.

If you "hate that person {sic} alot" simply because they think you are asking about  yourself, that's an overreaction to some stranger online who really shouldn't matter to you. Do they provide an answer to the question that was asked or not? THAT is what should matter.

Looking at your profile, you use 'me" and "I" many, many times in questions, so it is easy to relate all your questions to "you". Add "General question - not personal" to your posts so people can tell the difference.

Look, you need to understand that there are mad, paranoid & insane people on here. Some of them will look for any reason to attack you, I get accused of owning multiple accounts... there is a particular user here who literally believes that I am behind so many troll acounts when I'm actually not. When they see a question that they remember seeing me ask in the past, they assume that it's ME posting more of the same everytime when it's actually someone else.
