Would this response leave you uneasy?

My bfs x says" If I want him I can have him. I have my bf call to ask why she thinks this? "Because I can" He says "you sure are confident" Wouldnt "No were done" Or " I have a gf so no" Or " why are you causing problems with my gf? He calls her 30x a day and says its ok because she lives 250 m away. Am I out of line?

    Calling someone 30x a day is downright stalking and obsessive. His ex seems to have him wrapped around her finger still, whether he wants her back or not.
