Top reason a person would grow up coward....?

I guess being supported in their wrongdoing. I've noticed that's what makes someone a psychopath... the environment is a strong factor in my view. The less spoiled the least likely they are to be that way. 

Companies still don't get how these spoiled children damage them. 

Yet out of nowhere they end up filing for bankruptcy. Company CEOs are not very brilliant in general. 

Maybe they entrust the psychopaths and can't do anything about it.   I guess it's pretty much like domestic violence they can't get away from it. 

As long as they don't damage you in the process. It is better to stay away from those people and places.
