I bought a car in Kansas I live in Missouri. The title has no form on the back to fill out witch is needed by the county.?

I bought a car from Kansas. The title has no form on the back. I do have bill of sale but in Missouri you need the signed title. Is this something a title agent could help with

Update:

It is not stolen. I was given a bill of sale and what appears to be a copy of an original.

You apparently do NOT have the title.  If you did, it would have a place to enter the buyers name, etc.  You probably have a useless piece of paper.....probably a "Bill of sale" which is not worth the paper it is written on.  Have you been conned?

Bad news for you.  A real title, in Kansas, DOES have a form on the back with several options.   It's quite possible you have a forged title and a stolen car.  Before you do anything else, you need to check with the DMV - bring the vin down there - and they'll run it.  If it's NOT stolen, with that bill of sale, you might be able to get a title bond, and then title and register it in your name.  Or, if it's stolen, you'll have to turn it back to the rightful owner.

The title on the car could be fake.  The former owner should have signed over the title to you.  You might be the victim of a con job.
