If you can't see clearly at nights, will you use a night vision system such as Lanmodo Vast when driving to increase safety?

If you can't see clearly you shouldn't be driving. End of story.

When you're not in a car, try out some glasses with yellow lens.  If that doesn't clear up your night vision problem, you can't drive at night.  At that point, I'd suggest seeing an optician.

I would research into other methods.  I found anti reflective lenses work well.  There are night driving glasses available.  I have read that sometimes the lights from other vehicles white out the screen.  Driving is not a video game to be done through a small screen.
