how to use a personal picture as wallpaper?
I just got a new HP laptop with Windows 10.On my other laptop that had Windows 7 it was easy to use my personal pictures as wallpaper. I have tried going to personalization like I did on Windows 7 and it was easy to change the picture. How is it done on Windows 10.Thanks in advance. I'm not a computer geek so I need details!!!

Right click on the picture you want to set as your wallpaper, and click on "Set as desktop background".

very easy but first go back to personalization find where it says themes find where it says desktop icons open that up and check mark everything that you see there that will put your icons back on your desktop so that you can find everything. Now that your desktop icons are where they have always been. you can now find the folder which is your main folder which has documents and pictures and music in it because it's now sitting on your desktop. Find the picture that you want to set for your desktop click on it wait till it opens up then right click on the picture and click where it says set as desktop wallpaper it's that easy it's no different whatsoever then Windows 7
