I need a hero name for the element neon.?

the usual superheroes

Captain Neon.. in charge of all the noble elemental heros.

Superneon.. ..nothing reacts with him

Neonman.... . blinds criminals with his ultrabright light vision.

Shazneon......has super powers but doesn't know what they are or how to use them

Aquaneonman... glows underwater

spiderneon... creates glowing webs.

Why? ....  What's heroic about neon?  It doesn't do anything.  It's an inert gas.  It doesn't react or even cause anything else to react.  The most it does is light up when it gets a jolt of electricity.

Neos, Neo, New, Red, Nert (inert), Glow....
