Americas biggest challenge is leaving the UN?

The UN is not a governing body, is almost powerless to do anything the U.S. opposes, in part because we have veto power in the security council. The reason they don't have to abide by the Constitution is that what they do isn't in the U.S., and we don't abide the Constitution outside the U.S. either.

We also don't have to abide by the decisions of the UN, anywhere.

The US needs to shut up and realise they need to serve the rest of the planet instead of themselves

You make a lot of statements here without backing any of them up with verifiable facts in any form.

I think it's easier said then done, but is in our interest to do so. What it is perpetuating is not good for humanity. When the entire UN assembly gagckled at Trump it was a good day for USA.

The biggest challenge would be moving those big buildings out of New York City.

it's a mistake in thinking it's a governing body, it isn't. It's a talking shop where nations' representatives can meet and thrash out problems.

It also isn't a US institution, so has no obligation to abide by American constitutional rules in the same way that the US isn't obligated to follow the constitution of any other country or organisation.
