FRAUD wrongful or criminal DECEPTION , "INTENDED" to result in Financial or PERSONAL gain
by definition the ACTION of taking and recording a persons vital signs is not a "WRONG" behavior nor listed under a Criminal statute
INTENT is not demonstrated until one receives a actual BILL for scrutiny
plus one most likely SIGNED a legal document CONSENT TO TREAT .. acessment is part of TREATMENT i used to say to my coworkers when the Patients start to COMPLAIN about the smallest actions its a SIGN they WELL ENOUGH to LEAVE

There is no such thing as 'almost'. Either it is or it isn't.
How, exactly, have you been harmed by having trained medical people under the supervision of a doctor check your vital signs as instructed by those who are superior to them?

"Almost fraud" is like "almost pregnant." You either are or you are not.
No, it is not "almost fraud" for 3 "medical types" to show up in the same hour or two and check your vitals. You ARE aware that if you are in a medical facility it is entirely possible that you will be on equipment which CONSTANTLY checks your vitals. What is your issue?
Now, if they are appearing at your house, it's one thing. If you are in a facility, it's another.
Why do you think checking vitals would be fraudulent?

It does seem to be common for lots of doctors and nurses to stop in hospital rooms and do this. Then each of those unnecessary visits gets billed to the patient.

What are "medical types?" The nurses were following the doctor's orders. You started it by going to the emergency clinic to begin with.

why would that be fraud, they all have their own responsibilities and repetition, is a check and balance built into the system.
