Does this really help  hair growth?

Biotin does help with hair growth but I use it just as a vitamin. I also use caffeine shampoo which helps & I've taken Finasteride for years. A good diet & sleep also help!

The pills work for women, but you will need to wax your facial whiskers and beard.
