Should I be seeing a therapist or psychologist?

I have depression and social anxiety and I can’t work have friends or relationships because of this. I’ve been seeing a therapist for 6 months now but feel like they can’t help me

    depends ! are you eating just anything you feel like? or do you eat balanced, protein/fruit /veggie/carb/water/or black coffee no sugar, no fast foods ? try eating balanced first, if not, just for a few days , no skipping meals either, then decide, I think you'll feel lots better and can think better too

    Maybe you should change your therapist.Try yoga and deep breathing exercises too.Good luck and God bless.

    Based from your current situation, I suggest that you should see a psychologist. And if you feel like he/she can’t help you, please try to see a psychiatrist. Also, you can communicate to God through praying and ask for help. Be open to Him and He will lead the way 😍
