I injured my calf and it’s getting worse ?

So I was playing rugby and someone fell while I was on the ground on me and their knee went into my calf, as you’d imagine i got a dead calf and had to come off, couldn’t walk properly for the next few days but range of movement was getting better however, when I bent my leg of stretched the affected area I got an ache pain that I’ve only ever felt when my boots are too tight. This pain now it pretty constant and is affecting my sleep, any ideas on what it could be or what I should do? Slightly worried somethings wrong internally. Any help is appreciated thanks
