Can you base your lifespan as a man on your father’s ancestors? ?
The reason I ask is that my father died at 59, his younger brother at 54 and his oldest brother at 63 (The oldest ever). My Grandfather straight down the male line died at 55, and the rest were dead in their 40’s and 30’s since about 1590’s where my DNA trail ended.
The 54 year old died of cancer and led an average life, body size, no drugs or alcohol. My father died of complications with type 2 diabetes, bad diet and health, some alcohol and no drugs. And the eldest a heart attack very healthy, very active farmer lifestyle. Their father died of a heart attack or failure. There was no medical reason from the 1800’s the 1500’s. Just months and years of birth and deaths.
The women on the women side straight down live to about mid 70’s and 80’s on my mom’s side. My half brothers are all ready 70 and 65.
I am almost 50.

You didn't say if your half bro's are same dad or same mother.. Obviously, if they're same dad it looks better for you. If they're same mother, it can't hurt to have some of that in you. So all you can do is live as healthy as you can, NO smoking and minimal drinking. On the up side, (looking hard for a silver lining) none of these men seem to have lived for years with the horror of Alzheimer's (which is in my family)

Plan to live until the age of 60. I really don't see your lifespan exceeding that under any circumstance. I don't know if it makes you feel any better but all my ancestors have lived well into their 90's. Good luck.

People don't just drop dead because they reach a certain age. Your uncle dying of cancer may or may not be hereditary depending on they type of cancer. Your father having type 2 diabetes shouldn't affect you. However it seems your family has a history of heart issues which can be a concern considering you're almost 50. To answer your initial question, no, especially since medicine has improved so much.
