    Mars represents how we act when we want something. So it is how we respond to want, how we take action, what kind of initiative we have, how assertive we are, and if we are blocked or thwarted with, Mars indicates how angry or aggressive we might get.

    The person will handle all these types of behaviors in the style of Gemini, but whether or not this is the positive side of Gemini or the negative side of Gemini, depends on how Mars "aspects" any of the other planets in their birthchart (in other words, whether or not the Mars needs supports or conflicts with other inner needs).
