    same way the 1919 black sox and the steroid use scandals did, go under a congressional review, then drop off the radar

    Baseball likes to believe that it's on top of cheating, but it sure took them an awful long time to do anything about steroids.  I'm betting that they won't touch Carlos Beltran.
