will taking out as much overdraft as I can help my credit availability? (I do not use the overdraft)?
I am being offered overdrafts I dont want but I do want my credit availability to raise for if I want a mortgage etc
so if I take out loads of overdrafts will this make my credit availability raise?

NO - it makes it look like you can't balance your checkbook or keep track of your spending.
OVERDRAFTS are BAD.
DO NOT USE THEM.

No. Overdrafting your account will only cost you money and make you look less desirable to mortgage lenders.

No. It has nothing whatsoever to do with your credit. Unless you were to dupe them and not repay.
Overdraft does NOT show as available credit on any credit report. Its a separate thing to help you avoid bouncing checks. I don't see how you are offered a lot of them unless you have multiple checking accounts.
