Will there be more people voting for Trump in 2020 than voted for him in 2016?
Obama received 70 million votes in 2008 and then only 66 million in 2012.
Trump received 63 million in 2016. What are his chances of receiving more votes in November then he did in 2016?
I see a lot of wishful thinking from Trump supporters but nothing to back it up with.

More probably. Trump's approval has increased since he's been president. Obama started out strong before losing support.

Voter turnout in 2016 was a 20 year low. Both sides are going to push as hard as they can to get the vote. Both Trump and Trump’s challenger will get more votes than in 2016.
Where are those votes located though? Wouldn’t surprise me at all to see dems coming out of the woodwork in California and New York, only to see Trump get re-elected with an even bigger popular vote disparity.
