Why are my lower gums so sore?
I was flossing my bottom teeth and I could tell that my lower gums were sore. Why would they be sore? How can I get rid of the soreness?

not enuf vit C......I improved my gums from increasing my dosage of C-complex up to 15grams per day, I was searching for info on Linus Pauling, the father of C, and he took 19rams per day of C, that info kinda planted a seed, and my hygienist noticed as well, which confirmed the use of extreme dosage......your call.......
