Is it legal for a 13 year old to have a c02 gun with parental consent?

On their own property, and without parental supervision.

    If you are on your own property and have enough room to shoot safely without damaging other property, you should be fine. I owned co2, airsoft, and bb guns since I was very young. As long as your parents are aware that you own one and they have knowledge or you have proper knowledge, there is no reason why you cant own one.

    Depends on where you live. A CO2 gun is not regulated in Texas. There is no legal age involved.
