Environment in a book-movie comparison?

I have to write a 5 page document where i compare a book and the movie to the book (i chose Percy Jackson and the lightning thief) and one of the things needed is environment. I really need guidance on what to write here because i do not know how i write about that. Do i write all the different environments like city, forest, etc and compare the book and the movie or the places like summer camp with greek mytholigy theme and medusas house with sculptures or what? I would appriciate tips, a "guide" or anything that would help. English is not my first language.
