Potassium sulfate is a solid. Solids are not usually measured in liters.
Furthermore, and most importantly, there is no reason to believe aluminum bromide and potassium sulfate react.
But going along with what's given just for the exercise:
2 AlBr3 + 3 K2SO4 → Al2(SO4)3 + 6 KBr
(2790 g AlBr3) / (266.6935 g AlBr3/mol) = 10.461 mol AlBr3
(1.05 L K2SO4) x (1000 cm^3 / 1 L) x (2.66 g/cm^3) / (174.2592 g K2SO4/mol) =
16.028 mol K2SO4
10.461 moles of AlBr3 would react completely with 10.461 x (3/2) = 15.6915 moles of K2SO4, but there is more K2SO4 present than that, so K2SO4 is in excess and AlBr3 is the limiting reactant.
(10.461 mol AlBr3) x (1 mol Al2(SO4)3 / 2 mol AlBr3) x
(342.1509 g Al2(SO4)3/mol) = 1790 g Al2(SO4)3
