    NO KIND     i am not a cake BATTERER the BEHAVIOR  of BEATING  substances  together and perhaps an attempt at RELIEVING such PAIN one INFLICTED  with BOOZE is IMMORAL a more MORAL  solution  do not BEAT  or BATTER such substances  in the first place  "gently " FOLD STIR  BLEND

     i did put EX-LAX in a batch of Chocolate cookies  once

       but some BOOZED people might be INTO  " Battery "

    None in the batter. I may soak the cake with rum when it's baked once in a while.

    If I'm making a fruit cake I put some whisky or brandy in it.

    I have a recipe for Bacardi Rum Cake that is killer. I generally try to use the darkest and best rum available.
